The Food

Food is the second anchor of the brewpub experience. In a typical brewpub the fare, more often than not, resembles the typical ‘Pub’ fare with heavy emphasis on finger food and hearty portions.

It is important to note that a typical microbrewery abroad makes close to 40% of its revenue from food sales. So the importance of things like food quality, variety, portion size etc. cannot be understated.

The mantra to be followed is ‘Keep your beers fresh and your menus fresher’!
