A very wise man made a rather insightful observation about the fleeting nature of opportunity and its consequent impact on one’s success. He said:

"There is a tide in the affairs of men,
Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life
Is bound in shallows and miseries."
-William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar

His insight was that ‘opportunity’ is a transient thing. That it flows and ebbs in time and those who latch on to the right opportunities just when they glimmer on the horizon are the ones who reap rewards. Along the way, they endure success and profits, while those who miss these opportunities are relegated to mediocrity at best or irrelevancy at worst.

In your work in the hospitality sector we are very sure you would have come across many such opportunities in the form of new concepts, formats etc. that were talked about as the ‘next big thing’.

Some of those, of course, turned out to be passing fads that fizzled out quicker than you could spell their names.

But then there were the others. The big hitters. Those that redefined entire product markets and changed the way consumers thought or spoke about that product/service and in some cases even changed the way consumers consumed that product/service. Concepts like QSRs (McDonald's, Subway etc.) or premium coffee shops (Starbucks, Café Coffee Day etc.) and such others that delivered resonant and relevant consumer experiences!

Today we'd like to talk about such a big hitter - a brand new food service concept that we believe is the next big thing. A concept that is going to redefine how we, as a country, think, speak & drink the oldest beverage known to humankind - beer!

Do look through this site. It will give you a quick primer on what exactly this concept is, its market potential & strengths both financial & strategic.

It will also give you an idea of who we are and what we do as a company and a quick snapshot of what kind of engagement models we offer to our partners.

If you like and are excited by what you see and read, then please do contact us. We look forward to doing business with you.

Let’s change the way this country speaks, thinks and drinks beer!
